We ship worldwide, so delivery times vary by location. On average,
orders arrive within 1 to 4 weeks. Don’t panic if delivery is outside of
this time, feel free to contact us via social media or email.

Currently, we do not offer tracking as we use various couriers to enable
worldwide delivery. If you have concerns about your delivery time
however, please feel free to contact us.

We can't stress enough that you need to get your order correct, once we
get your order we aim to dispatch it straight away so if you enter
incorrect information the order will unfortunately not make it to the
desired location.

At this point we do NOT offer refunds and any
point as to which the product did not arrive at your desired location
will be seen as fraudulent (unless proper authentication is given from
the shipping department)

A refund may be given under certain conditions but unless it meets the requirements then a refund will not be given. If you do encounter an issue with your order please contact us within 1 week of delivery or we will presume there was no issue with this order!

Items may arrive separately when delivered as we ship items as and when
they come in stock rather than as a whole order. We find this works best
for our customers!
